People's mind set towards beauty and beauty products undergo sea change

Beauty surgeries have not only been helpful in improving the looks of the people but also in altering their perceptions according to a report of one of the research conducted recently. Gone are the days when beauty was looked upon with Taboo. In the present trend beauty is given utmost importance and all taboos associated with it have been given a go by. Though there are several arguments and criticisms on these both on health and other aspects a majority considers these to be a boon. The criticisms for these are on account of various factors like spoilage of health due to artificial ingredients, unwanted importance given to physical beauty dereliction in moral values and vested interest of cosmetic giants and medical professionals. However it deserves to be mentioned that lots of importance is given to this even by people who do not prefer this much. It has off late reached the position of "controversial matter" from "social stigma"

AC Nielsen the world renowned research organization found this by colleting details from people in 42 countries and arrived at the fact that 60 percent of Americans who happen to be the biggest buyers of these products and services are of the opinion that at the age of sixty they experience middle age.

These statistics are almost the same in different parts of the world though they vary by minute proportions. Most of them think that they are able to rejuvenate at the age of 40 as they are completely secure both financially and personally. This is attributable to a set of factors like healthier eating; longer lifespan and higher disposable incomes and many of them have expressed confidence in cosmetic surgeries.

Similarly Russians also have demonstrated a strong liking and perchance towards these. It has been inferred that most of them would prefer these treatments for the sake of improving their appearance. Similarly the response is the same in many other countries. The only difference is that the quantum of liking and preferences differs. Above all it is economical in many places.
